Thesis „Motivation and evaluation of employees Komerční Banka a.s.“ is focused on motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees. The aim of thesis is to propose changes that will result in improvement of the current situation in employee motivation. The theoretical part is based on findings of the literature which is aimed at employee motivation including evaluation and remuneration of employees. Beginning of the practical part describes the company and shows analysis of current situation of motivation. Next part is devoted to empirical investigation. Recommendations based on the analysis of the current state and resulsts of the empirical investigationwere designed for the enterprise.

Taxation of employee benefits in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on taxation of selected employee benefits in the Czech Republic. Providing of employees benefits is evaluated with respect to the tax base of the employer, the tax base of the employee and to the assessment base for the payment of social security and state employment policy contributions and for general health insurance. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter defines the term human capital and employee benefits, analyzes the most frequently provided employee benefits and describes the possibilities of covering. The second chapter follows up the tax and insurance aspects of selected employee benefits. In the third chapter are described the employee benefits which are provided by consulting group ASB Group and are defined suggestions how to change the system of employee benefits.

This diploma thesis aims to compare taxation of employee benefits in particular EU countries and identify their impact on employees and also employers. The main goal is to summarize the procedures that need to be done when dealing with benefits as well as state several suggestions for prospective reader. The thesis is divided into four chapters. First chapter defines employee benefits. Second chapter analyses benefits from employee's and employer's point of view. Third chapter gives detailed overview of benefits' taxation in selected countries of European Union. These countries are the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Finally last chapter contains several practical examples which show how to proceed when determining the amount of tax, while simultaneously comparing the differences in taxation between countries.

The aim of this diploma thesis is analysis of the current status of motivation system in the chosen company and creation of proposal for it's improvement. The first part is aimed at rewards, personal development and employees benefits from the theoretical point. The second part pays attention to the genuine way of rewarding, possibilities of personal development of the employees, relationships at work and the overall satisfaction within the company. The last part includes the proposal of improvement of the motivation system based on a questionnaire.

This thesis examines the impact of centrally managed employees benefits on their motivation in company Kapsch Telematic Services, spol. s.r.o. The aim is to assess the effect of centrally managed benefits, which are set by the headquarters in Vienna on employees motivation in the local subsidiary. The theoretical part introduces the concept of motivation and stimulation. It further discusses the importance of motivational theories and employee benefits. The practical part describes the Kapsch Group company and its branch in the Czech Republic, including benefits offered. It also compares the companys benefits with the trends in the same industry. Simultaneously, there are presented results of the employee survey. In conclusion, the recommendation to improve the current system of benefits is provided, so that it motivates employees to higher performance.

The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of taxation of employee benefits in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Providing of employees benefits is assessed with the respect to the tax base of the employer, the tax base of the employee and to the assessment base for insurance contributions. The thesis first describes the general principles of employee benefits, further the selected employees benefits are discussed in more detail. In the practical part is made a comparison of taxation of employee benefits and a comparison of the provision of these benefits compared to the net income of employees.

The bachelor thesis presents basic terms related to wages company policy. The aim of this thesis is to explain the main concept related to labor costs and analyze wages company policy in a chosen company. Salary includes several components on the basic of which the wages are paid to employees. The wages company policy must be set to motivate their employees to work harder. The data needed for analysis has been obtained in the joint stock company XY. The information were determined on the basis of interviews with the accountant in this company.
